I have 20 years of education experience backed by several college degrees: B.S. Technology Teacher Education, M.S. Instructional Technology, Ed.S. Educational Leadership, and Ph.D. Instructional Systems and Workforce Development. I am skilled at creating detailed learning pathways tailored to specific learning objectives to meet client needs. My learning solutions are designed to be creative and interactive. I am dedicated, industrious, and forward-thinking.
I began my career in teaching and learning in public middle school. Throughout the years, I have taught high school and college courses. I have over five years in curriculum design and three years in e-learning. It was in 2005 when I taught my first virtual course that I fell in love with e-learning.
In 2019, I started a virtual call center business which has led me to using my knowledge and skills to develop relevant training for my call center agents. Through my virtual call center business, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching other call center agents in developing their customer service skills.
My expertise entails consulting with businesses and their subject matter experts to conduct a needs assessment analysis, and create custom-designed learning solutions that align with organizational goals. When designing and developing learning deliverables, I utilize educational design theory, adult learning theory (andragogy), and ADDIE and SAM models.
